100 grams Smoked salmon
½ Avocado
lemon juice (for brushing)
200 grams cooked Sushi rice
Vinegar water (for your hands)
3 toasted Nori seaweed
Wasabi (for brushing)

Preparation steps

1.

Julienne the smoked salmon. Peel the avocado, remove the seed, and thinly slice into pieces 6 cm (approximately 2 1/2 inches) long. Brush the avocado with the lemon juice, so the avocado doesn't discolor.

Divide the sushi rice into 6 portions. With moistened fingers, form the sushi rice into cone shapes.

Halve the nori lengthwise. Place one of the sheets in your left hand with the smooth side down. Place a rice cone on top, and brush with a little wasabi. Lay some salmon and avocado on top, and roll nori so that it encases the rice cone. Press the ingedients firmly while rolling to ensure that they will stay together.
