- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 80 grams dried Tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 handful Spinach
- 1 stem Basil
- 150 grams Macadamia Nuts
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- white peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Cut the tomato into strips. Rinse, trim and chop the spinach. Pluck the basil leaves and coarsely chop.

Fry the nuts together with the garlic in a pan over low heat until golden brown in hot oil, 2-3 minutes. Add the spinach, tomatoes and basil, mix well and add along with the drained pasta to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
