¼ cup butter
4 slices day-old gluten-free bread

Strawberries (sliced)
Raspberries

Preparation steps

1.
Beat together the eggs, milk and sugar in a shallow bowl.
2.
Heat a little of the butter in a frying pan until it foams.
3.
Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, soaking both sides. Soak the bread in the mixture for a few seconds, turning over until each side is well coated.
4.
Place 2 bread slices in the pan and cook on both sides until golden and crisp. Repeat with the remaining butter and soaked bread.
5.
Cut the bread slices into pieces and place on serving plates. Serve with berries.
