- 3.333 cups Peaches (peeled, pitted and diced)
- 2 ¼ cups preserving sugar (1:1)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 3 Tbsps Campari
- 10 Rose petal
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the peach flesh with the sugar and lemon juice and bring to the boil stirring continuously. Simmer for 4 minutes and then add the Campari and the rose petals.
2.
Pour the jam into prepared bowls/jars and leave to cool.
