clarified butter
300 grams Green beans (frozen)
2 Tbsps butter
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse steaks, pat dry and season with pepper. Heat butter in a pan and sear steaks on both sides. Wrap in aluminum foil and place into preheated oven at 100°C (approximately 200°F) for about 10-15 minutes, depending on desired doneness of meat. 

2.

Cook beans until tender in a pot of boling water. Heat butter in a pan and saute beans briefly, season with salt and pepper. Arrange bean on preheated plates and place steaks alongside. Season steaks with salt and serve.
