18 ozs Spaghetti
2 cups fresh microgreen (chopped)
olive oil (extra virgin)
2 chili peppers (cut into rings)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente.
2.
Drain (keep some of the water) and stir in 4 tbsp oil, the cress and the chilli rings. Season with salt and ground black pepper. If necessary add 2-3 tbsp of the reserved cooking water and serve immediately.
