- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- 1 tsp ground cilantro
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 3.333 cups lean Lamb shoulder (cut into bite size pieces)
- To serve
- gluten-free bread (garlic)
Preparation steps
1.
Combine all the ingredients except the lamb, to form a paste. Mix in the lamb, until well coated. Cover and marinate overnight.

Heat the grill.
3.
Put the lamb cubes on skewers and cook under the grill for 4-6 minutes on each side until the lamb is tender and browned but still juicy.
4.
Serve with garlic bread
