1 tsp ground cilantro
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Turmeric
1 pinch ground cloves
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Black pepper
3.333 cups lean Lamb shoulder (cut into bite size pieces)
To serve
gluten-free bread (garlic)

Preparation steps

Combine all the ingredients except the lamb, to form a paste. Mix in the lamb, until well coated. Cover and marinate overnight.

Heat the grill.

Put the lamb cubes on skewers and cook under the grill for 4-6 minutes on each side until the lamb is tender and browned but still juicy.

Serve with garlic bread
