1 bottle dry Sparkling wine (750 ml)
1 Tbsp mint
100 milliliters lemon juice
8 centiliters peppermint liqueur
Raspberries (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix powdered sugar with sparkling wine in a shallow metal bowl. Add mint and lemon juice to the bowl and mix well. Place the bowl in the freezer.

2.

After 1 hour thoroughly stir. Repeat this procedure every 30 minutes until all liquid is frozen.

3.

To serve, divide peppermint liqueur between chilled glasses, add granita on top and serve garnished with mint leaves and raspberries.
