Preparation steps
1.
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.
2.
Rinse the herbs, shake dry and chop the leaves. Peel the garlic, chop and blend with the herbs, capers and oil in a food processor. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice.
3.
Drain the spaghetti, mix with the herb oil and arrange in bowls. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan.
