Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Beat together the butter and cream cheese. Add the vanilla and sugar and beat until fluffy.
3.
Gradually add the flour, then fold in the apricots and chocolate.
4.
Drop heaped teaspoons of the mixture onto the baking trays and bake for about 15 minutes until golden. Cool on the baking trays for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
