Preparation steps

Set aside 3 shrimp for garnish and coarsely chop the rest. Peel the garlic and finely chop. In a serving bowl, stir together the shrimp, garlic, sour cream, quark and yogurt and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Garnish with the remaining shrimp, sprinkle with paprika and serve with crackers.
