200 grams Smoked salmon (8 slices)
100 grams snow crab (in water)
50 grams yellow Cherry tomatoes
1 Tbsp scallions
100 grams cream cheese (double cream)
4 slices Toast
salt

4 small shrimp (ready to eat)
Chives (for garnish)
mint (for garnish)
2 yellow Cherry tomatoes
3 Tbsps Salmon caviar
½ onion (in stripes)

Preparation steps

For the sandwiches, drain the shrimps and chop coarsely. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small cubes. Mix the cream cheese with tomatoes, chives and chopped shrimps, and season with salt and pepper.

Spread two slices of bread with the shrimp mixture and cover with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches. Cut the sandwiches into quarters and wrap each quarter in salmon. Garnish with shrimp, cherry tomato, mint and chives. Serve with salmon caviar and onion strips.
