2 maturity Avocados
200 grams Corn (from a can, well drained)
2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro (or parsley)
1 large red, finely chopped onion
sesame oil
Rice vinegar
salt
cayenne pepper
300 grams shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails removed)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel avocados, cut in half, pit and cut into small cubes. Mix avocado, corn, cilantro, onion, 3 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a pan and briefly sauté shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, arrange atop the salad and serve.
