2 tsps whole-grain Mustard
20 Prawn
2 Limes (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the honey and mustard.
2.
Add the prawns, mix well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
3.
Heat the grill. Thread the prawns onto wooden skewers (see note) and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
4.
Put onto a serving plate and garnish with lime wedges.
