600 grams mixed Shellfish (frozen)
3 Tbsps olive oil
50 grams butter
1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp Curry powder
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 centiliters Cognac
2 garlic cloves
150 grams Whipped cream
2 Tomatoes
1 small Papaya
1 pc Cucumber
2 handfuls Spinach

Preparation steps

Thaw seafood and pat dry.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut papaya in half, remove seeds, peel and dice. Rinse cucumber and cut into slices.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté seafood for 2 minutes, add cognac, curry, cayenne pepper and season with salt and pepper. Peel garlic and squeeze garlic through a garlic press. Add garlic to the pan, add tomatoes, papaya and cucumber and cream. Mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve in a small bowl. If desired, serve on a bed of fresh spinach.
