1 Red onion

2 Pickled cucumbers
6 Tbsps Vinegar
2 Tbsps Cucumber liquid
4 Tbsps Vegetable broth
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 Radish
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the sausage, cut into thin slices and arrange on a plate.

2.

Peel the onion, cut or slice into thin rings and distribute on the sausage. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and place on the sausage salad. Mix the vinegar, cucumber liquid, broth and oil and pour over the salad. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

4.

Rinse the radish, chop finely and sprinkle over the salad with chives to serve.
