8 rashers Bacon
4 small Sausage (halved lengthways)
vegetable oil (for frying)
1 ¼ cups Black pudding (sliced)
1 Tbsp butter
4 eggs
12 slices Bread (toasted)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to its lowest temperature to keep things warm.
2.
Fry the bacon until crispy, remove from the pan and and keep warm in the oven.
3.
Fry the sausages in hot oil, remove from the pan and and keep warm in the oven.
4.
Fry the black pudding.
5.
Melt the butter in a new pan and fry the eggs.
6.
Place the black pudding and two rashers of bacon onto three slices of toast. Place another slice on top and add the sausages and a fried egg. Cover with the remaining slice of toast and serve immediately.
