2 cups canned Tomatoes
4 cups Gnocchi
Orange zest
1 raisins (or sultanas)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the onion until soft and translucent.
2.
Add the tomatoes with a splash of water and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
3.
Meanwhile cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to packet instructions.
4.
Add the zest and raisins to the tomato sauce and season well.
5.
Toss the cooked gnocchi with the sauce and serve.
