1 Tbsp butter
1 bowl lamb's lettuce
1 shallot (finely diced)

White balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce thoroughly and divide among plates. Thinly slice duck breast and arrange on lettuce.

2.

Wipe chanterelles clean with a paper towel and sauté in butter with diced shallots. Deglaze with vinegar, season with salt and pepper and divide mixture over salads. Serve immediately.
