- 200 grams mixed salad
- 150 grams fresh Cranberry
- 2 Oranges
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- salt
- 200 grams smoked duck legs (sliced)
- 4 slices Toast
Preparation steps

Rinse and shake dry salad greens. Peel oranges, removing as mush pith as possible and fillet, collecting all resulting juice. Squeeze juice from remaining orange parts. Rinse cranberries and place, dripping wet, into a small saucepan, add orange juice and bring to a boil. Siimer until cranberries start to burst, remove from heat and cool.

Whisk lemon juice with honey and oil, season with salt. Arrange orange segments and salad greens on plates and drizzle with the dressing. Top with cranberries and duck slices.

Toast bread slices until golden brown, cut out stars and garnish salad with toasts. Serve.
