50 grams sugar
2 Tbsps raisins
2 Tbsps golden raisin
1 generous pinch cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Wash rice under running water. Drain in colander.

2.

Combine milk with salt and sugar, add rice and bing to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat until rice is soft and liquid is almost all absorbed. Add raisins, butter and cinnamon. Stir. Serve hot or cold.
