1 Peach (halved, destoned and roughly chopped)
cup Raspberries (sorted, washed and carefully dried)
2 Tbsps runny honey
1 Tbsp blanched almonds
2 tsps lemon juice
¼ cup Cherry juice
6 Ice
Sparkling mineral water (to dilute)
Garnish
Raspberries
fresh Basil

Preparation steps

1.
Place the peach, raspberries, honey, almonds, lemon juice, cherry juice and ice cubes into a blender and blend to a smooth puree.
2.
Divide between two glasses and top up with chilled mineral water.
3.
To serve, garnish with raspberries and basil leaves.
