- 100 grams Prosciutto
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 10 eggs
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tomatoes
- scallions (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Cut prosciutto into small cubes. Heat butter in a pan and saute prosciutto briefly. Mix eggs in a bowl with cream, whisk and season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into the pan. Fry eggs while stirring.
2.
Rinse tomatoes, cut in half, remove stalk, cut in half and then into slices. Add tomatoes to the pan, stir and then arrange scrambled eggs on plates. Serve garnished with chives.
