1 small Cucumber
1 Lime (juiced)

2 carrots (julienned)
Red cabbage leaf (shredded)
1 Radish (julienned)
Lettuce (shredded)
8 Taco shell
shrimp (or crayfish)
cilantro (for garnishing)
mint (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.
Cut the cucumber into 4 pieces (each 5 cm long) and hollow out the middle of each piece. Leave the base flat and cut the upper edge in a zigzag design.
2.
Make a dressing from the lime juice, salt, sugar, pepper and olive oil and fill each cucumber bowl with dressing.
3.
Put the carrot, radish, lettuce and red cabbage leaves into the taco shells and top with prawns or crayfish.
4.
Arrange on plates beside the cucumber bowls and serve garnished with coriander and mint.
