Preparation steps

1.

Rinse limes in hot water, cut lime peel in thin strips and squeeze lime juice. Peel and finely grate ginger. Rinse and pat dry fish, cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Combine fish with lime juice and ginger, season with salt and pepper.

2.

Arrange metal rings about 8 cm in diameter (approximately 3 inches) on plates and fill with fish mixture. Garnish with lime peel, remove rings and serve.
