Preparation steps

1.

Thaw the pizza flatbread.

2.

Peel the lower third of the asparagus, cut ends and cook the asparagus in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain well.

3.

Heat a little butter in a pan and fry the egg.

4.

Toast the pizza flatbread on both sides in a dry pan until light brown. Distribute ham, asparagus and fried egg on the bread and season to taste with salt and pepper and shaved Parmesan.
