Preparation steps

Toast pecans in a hot skillet without fat over medium heat for 3 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes.

Mix nuts with cranberries, honey, butter and cocoa powder in a blitz chopper until creamy; you may still see pieces. Pour the cream into a small bowl and serve as a spread.
