Preparation steps

1.

Cut cod fillets into serving-size pieces as necessary, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse and drain grapes and cut in half, depending on size.

Cook pappardelle pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente and drain.

4.

In a non-stick skillet, sauté cod fillets about 5 minutes, turning once.

Place pasta in a bowl, top with cod fillets and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle pasta and cod with grapes and a little olive oil to serve.
