200 grams Pastry flour
400 milliliters milk
4 eggs
salt
2 Tbsps chopped Dill
2 Tbsps pink peppercorns
100 grams Mustard (with honey)
16 lg slices Gravlax
Remoulade (from a jar)

Preparation steps

Mix flour and milk in a bowl, add egg and 1 pinch of salt. Finely crush peppercorns in a mortar. Dilute mustard in a small board with a little water.

Divide the pancake batter. Melt butter in a large pan, gradually cook pancakes and then keep warm in a preheated 70°C (approximately 150°F) oven. To serve, spread pancakes with mustard, cover with gravlax and sprinkle with dill and pepper. Roll pancakes around filling, cut into thicker pieces, arrange on plates and serve with remoulade.
