1 ⅔ cups sweetened condensed milk
0.333 cup whipping cream (60% fat)
¾ cup sliced almonds
½ tsp Cardamom powder
6 Saffron
2 drops Rose water
3 ½ ozs Spaghetti
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
To garnish
8 Saffron
¼ cup Pistachio (chopped)
1 Tbsp almonds (chopped)

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.
Boil the condensed milk with 200 ml water, the cream, flaked almonds, cardamom, and saffron threads in a saucepan. Once boiling, reduce the heat and allow to simmer.

Stir in the rose water and let the mixture cool. Pour into a suitable container, cover and chill for 3 hours.

After three hours, remove the chilled custard mixture. Pour into four moulds/bowls, cover and freeze for 3 hours until frozen.
4.
20 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the packet. Then drain.
5.
Heat the butter in a large skillet. Warm the spaghetti in the butter and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
6.
Serve the ice cream on plates with the sweetened spaghetti. Sprinkle with saffron threads, pistachios and almonds.
