Preparation steps

1.

Cover 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) wheat berries and oat with water and chill overnight in the refrigerator.

2.

Mix together the yogurt, cream and honey and stir into the cereal mixture. Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with halved grapes and chopped sunflower seeds.
