Preparation steps

1.

Peel cucumber, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Rinse dill, shake dry and chop finely.

Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Combine diced cucumber with mozzarella.

Drizzle with vinegar, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped dill. Serve.
