4 medium carrots (peeled)
250 meters cold water
4 valencia Oranges (halved and juiced)
1 cup crushed Ice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
cilantro (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Grate most of the carrots, peeling half of one into strips using a vegetable peeler.
2.
Combine the grated carrot with the orange juice and water in a food processor or blender.
3.
Blend on a low setting for 30 seconds. Add the ice, lemon juice, and most of the coriander.
4.
Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with a garnish of the prepared carrot strips and coriander.
