2 lemons (juice)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve plums, remove pits and mix with jam sugar. Let stand overnight.

2.

Transfer mixture to a pot, stir in lemon juice and bring to a boil. Cook at a rolling boil about 4 minutes, then pour into sterilized jars, seal tightly and let cool.
