- 12 Mini camembert cheese
- freshly ground peppers
- 80 grams Strawberry Jam
- 80 grams Shelled pistachio
Preparation steps
1.
Cut camembert horizontally and season the bottom half with pepper. Spread strawberry jam over each bottom half.
2.
Roughly grind pistachios in a blender and press the top half of each Camembert in pistachio crumbs. Place top half of camembert on each bottom half and serve.
