Preparation steps

Rinse the chili, remove the seeds and cut into rings. Rinse the rosemary and shake dry. Remove the garlic and chop finely. Mox the chili, rosemary, garlic, bay leaf, and peppercorns in a small bowl. Mix with the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.

The marinade goes well with lamb. Marinate for 2-3 hours before cooking.
