- 3 cups fresh picked Lobster meat
- ¼ cup Celery (finely diced)
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps butter (room temperature)
- 4 Hot dog buns (or a roll of your choosing)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the cooked lobster meat into bite size pieces. Gently mix lobster meat, celery and mayonnaise together. Refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours so flavors can blend.

Lightly butter the hot dog rolls and pan grill them on both sides until golden brown. Fill the grilled roll generously with lobster meat. Serve and enjoy.
