5 grams ginger
1 tsp brown sugar

Preparation steps

Toast the cumin in a pan until fragrant, then remove from the heat and let cool. Rinse and dry the herbs. Remove the leaves, and finely chop. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Add the herbs, cumin, ginger, a little sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper to a bowl. Squeeze the juice from the limes, and stir into the herb mixture. Gradually whisk in the oil, then season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.
