500 grams Tagliatelle

4 Chicken breasts (each about 150 grams)

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
30 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop finely. Peel garlic and finely chop. Zest and squeeze limes.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente for 10-15 minutes. Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and slice. Season chicken slices with salt and pepper, then fry in hot oil in a grill pan for 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

In another frying pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until translucent. Add herbs and pour in lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Distribute cooked pasta between 4 warmed plates, top with chicken slices and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with lime zest and serve.
