- 1 Tbsp Champagne vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh Dill (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 3 cups Lima bean (blanched)
- ½ cup Sunflower seed
Preparation steps

In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
