3 stalks Leeks
300 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
1 Tbsp butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
Nutmeg
40 milliliters Noilly Prat (wormwood)
150 grams Smoked salmon
½ bunch Dill
200 milliliters Whipped cream
2 eggs

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw puff pastry.

Rinse leeks, trim and cut into rings (1).

3.

Sauté leeks in butter about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the vermouth. Let the liquid evaporate over high heat, then allow to cool (2).

Roll out dough the size of a round baking dish, then press into the buttered baking dish (3 + 4).

Cut the salmon into cubes and chop the dill.

6.

Arrange the leeks on the salmon cubes and sprinkle with dill (5).

7.

Whisk cream with the eggs, ½ teaspoon salt, pepper and 1 pinch nutmeg. Pour over the leeks.

8.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
