600 grams lamb (ready to cook, from the leg)
2 yellow paprika
2 red onions
1 Zucchini
3 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
ground Cumin

Preparation steps

Rinse the meat, pat dry, trim excess fat and cut into bite-sized cubes. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into bite-sized cubes.

Peel the onions and cut roughly into pieces. Rinse the zucchini, halve lengthwise and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) slices.

3.

Alternately thread the meat with the vegetables on skewers, brush with oil and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Place skewers in a hot pan and fry each side for 3-4 minutes. Serve on a plate.
