3 cups trimmed, French Green beans
3 cups trimmed yellow Beans
2 cups Cauliflower (cut into small florets)
1 yellow pepper (sliced thinly)
1 small red chili pepper
1 tsp Garam Masala
cup Coconut milk
1 Tbsp Shredded coconut
4 Naan

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C | 350F | gas 4.
2.
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan until its starting to smoke and pan fry the vegetables on a high heat for 2-3 minutes stirring them continuously.
3.
Finely chop the red chilli pepper.
4.
Mix the garam massala, grated coconut and chilli together and mix into the coconut milk.
5.
Pour the mixture into the pan and simmer on a low heat for 15-20 minutes. Season to taste.
6.
Warm the naan breads in the oven 4 minutes before serving time.
7.
Once warm slice the naan breads and serve filled with vegetable Balti mixture.
