- 8 dried Date (pitted and sliced)
- 1 ¼ cups Cheddar cheese (thinly sliced)
- ⅜ cup Walnut oil
- ¼ cup Cider vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- To garnish
- fresh Fresh herbs

Mix the spinach, apples, dates and cheese in a large bowl.
