80 grams Whipped cream
1 pkg whipped cream stabilizer
150 grams smoked Salmon
salt
freshly ground pepper
2 bunches Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks. Puree smoked salmon with yolks until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Fold cream into whipped cream, then fold into smoked salmon mixture.

Transfer mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe mixture into the egg halves.

3.

To serve, place eggs on a platter and sprinkle with chives.
