- 4 Corn
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 small, red chili pepper (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- 0.333 cup soft butter
Preparation steps
1.
Parboil the cobs of corn in boiling, salted water for about 15 minutes and drain well. Then place on aluminium foil, brush with 3 tbsp butter and grill on a barbecue (or in a hot oven, 200°C | 400F | gas 6) for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Melt the rest of the butter, stir in the chilli and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Brush the corn with the spiced butter from time to time during cooking.
3.
Serve on plates.
