600 grams lamb (from the leg, ready to cook, trimmed)
2 sprigs mint
2 sprigs parsley
1 sprig cilantro
1 lemon (juice)
1 pinch Cumin
6 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-size cubes. Rinse the herbs, shake dry and chop the leaves. Mix with the lemon juice, cumin and oil, season with salt and pepper and marinate the meat cubes for about 2 hours.

Heat the grill.

Thread the meat cubes on skewers and cook on the hot grill while turning about 8 minutes.

Serve on plates.
