- 4 red and yellow Bell pepper
- 16 red and yellow Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 cup sheep cheese
- 1 bunch Basil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- 1 lemon
Preparation steps
1.
Halve the bell peppers lengthways, remove the cores and wash and dry the bell pepper halves. Chop the cheese.

Wash and halve the cocktail tomatoes.
3.
Wash the basil, shake dry and roughly chop the leaves.
4.
Mix the cheese, tomatoes and basil, season with salt and pepper and stir in the oil and lemon juice. Stuff the bell pepper halves with the mixture and secure with toothpicks. Grill on a hot grill (on a piece of aluminum foil if necessary) for about 5 minutes.
5.
Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
