Preparation steps

Rinse the peppers and cut sides, but do not cut through. Remove the seeds and ribs, fill the peppers with cream cheese and wrap with bacon. If necessary, fasten the bacon with soaked toothpicks. Cook on a preheated grill on all sides for a total of about 10 minutes.
