1 sprig rosemary

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the fennel and cut lengthwise into slices, then place it on a charcoal grill and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.

Place the rosemary sprigs between the hot fennel slices. Drizzle the fennel with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
